Rocky Road Clusters
Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) Chocolate CandiQuik® coating
4-5 cups salted spanish peanuts
3-4 cups mini marshmallows
 

Line a cookie sheet with some waxed paper and set aside.

Melt CandiQuik® in Melt & Make Microwaveable Tray®. Combine nuts and marshmallows. Stir with fork or rubber spatula to coat all nuts and marshmallows.
Drop by teaspoonful onto foil or waxed paper. Let clusters harden.

Tip: Place in refrigerator to speed the hardening process.
