Santa’s Delight Peppermint Bark
Ingredients
1 package (16 oz) Vanilla CandiQuik® coating
3/4 cup crushed candy canes (about 5 ounces total or 28 Starlight mints)
 

Line a cookie sheet with some waxed paper and set aside.

Melt CandiQuik® in Melt & Make Microwaveable Tray®. SStir in peppermint candy. (Optional: Reserve 1/4 cup of peppermint candy to sprinkle on top). Spread onto cookie sheet. Cool; break into pieces.

Tip: Place in refrigerator to speed the hardening process.
