- 1 sleeve saltine crackers
- 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/4 cup sugar

- 1 package (16 oz) Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating
- 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 package (3 oz) Margarita flavored gelatin
- 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
- Garnish: Sea salt & lime

- Place crackers in a plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, crush crackers until the consistency of bread crumbs. When crushed, place in a medium bowl.
- Add butter and sugar; mix until well blended. Press into bottom and sides of a pie pan; place in refrigerator.

- Melt CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating in Melt and Make Microwaveable Tray™ according to directions on package.
- In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, melted CANDIQUIK®, and margarita gelatin with an electric mixer, until well blended.
- Fold in whipped topping and mix until well blended.
- Carefully spoon mixture into saltine cracker crust.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt and a lime slice when serving.
