  • 1 sleeve saltine crackers
  • 6 Tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar

  • 1 package (16 oz) Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating
  • 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (3 oz) Margarita flavored gelatin
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • Garnish: Sea salt & lime

  1. Place crackers in a plastic bag. Using a rolling pin, crush crackers until the consistency of bread crumbs. When crushed, place in a medium bowl.
  2. Add butter and sugar; mix until well blended. Press into bottom and sides of a pie pan; place in refrigerator.

  1. Melt CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating in Melt and Make Microwaveable Tray™ according to directions on package.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese, melted CANDIQUIK®, and margarita gelatin with an electric mixer, until well blended.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and mix until well blended.
  4. Carefully spoon mixture into saltine cracker crust.
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt and a lime slice when serving.
