  • 1 package (16 oz) Vanilla
    CANDIQUIK® Coating
  • 2 (8 oz) packages Cream
    Cheese, softened
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) Strawberry
    Crème Instant Pudding
  • 1 container (8 oz) Whipped
    Topping, thawed
  • 1 box Nilla® Wafers
  • Muffin Cups
  • Fresh Strawberries and
    Whipped Cream to garnish

  1. Melt CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating in Melt and Make Microwaveable Tray™ according to the package directions.
  2. In a large bowl, mix melted CANDIQUIK® with the pudding powder softened cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth (for subtle strawberry flavor, use 1/2 of the dry gelatin powder).
  3. Place muffin cups in muffin baking tray to add stability. Place Nilla® wafers in bottoms of muffin cups. Fill cups nearly to top with cheesecake mixture.
  4. Store in freezer at least 1 hour. Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries when ready to serve.
