- 1 package (16 oz) Vanilla
CANDIQUIK® Coating - 2 (8 oz) packages Cream
Cheese, softened - 1 package (3.4 oz) Strawberry
Crème Instant Pudding - 1 container (8 oz) Whipped
Topping, thawed - 1 box Nilla® Wafers
- Muffin Cups
- Fresh Strawberries and
Whipped Cream to garnish
instructions
- Melt CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating in Melt and Make Microwaveable Tray™ according to the package directions.
- In a large bowl, mix melted CANDIQUIK® with the pudding powder softened cream cheese and whipped topping until smooth (for subtle strawberry flavor, use 1/2 of the dry gelatin powder).
- Place muffin cups in muffin baking tray to add stability. Place Nilla® wafers in bottoms of muffin cups. Fill cups nearly to top with cheesecake mixture.
- Store in freezer at least 1 hour. Top with whipped cream and fresh strawberries when ready to serve.
