  • 1 package (16 oz) Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating
  • 2 packages (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant Pistachio flavored pudding
  • 1 container (8 oz) whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
  • Garnish: pistachio pieces (optional)

  1. Melt Vanilla CANDIQUIK® Candy Coating in Melt and Make Microwaveable Tray™ according to directions on package.
  2. Pour melted CANDIQUIK® in a large bowl over the pistachio flavored pudding powder and softened cream cheese; blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in whipped topping, half of the container at a time, and mix until well blended.
  4. Carefully spoon mixture into pie crust. Garnish with pistachio pieces (optional).
  5. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
